This is by the comedy team, Hudson and Landry from the early 70s. This routine is called “The Prospectors” and I played it from time to time for my boys as they grew up. My oldest (almost 50 now) still loves it and we send it to one another ever year or so.

This version is more recent and it’s acted a 14-15 yr old who dubbed it for his dad. He plays both parts. Good work.

So I’m dedicating it my son, Pike, and also to our mutual friend, Haystack, who is one of the wizards behind this site and an old friend going back to our days at Red State.

Also a Texas boy.

Kick back and enjoy.

And share.
